These terms govern your use of altheraclinic.com (the "Site"), operated by Althera Alternative Care. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

No medical advice

Content on this Site — including service descriptions, blog articles, quiz results, and pricing summaries — is provided for general information and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A clinician-patient relationship is established only after you consult with a licensed clinician at Althera. Always seek the advice of a qualified provider for questions about a medical condition, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read on the Site. In an emergency, call 911.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for users 18 or older, or minors with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Some services have additional eligibility and safety criteria that will be reviewed during consultation.

Bookings and communications

By submitting a booking or quiz form you consent to be contacted by Althera at the phone or email you provided. Submitting a form does not confirm an appointment — a team member will follow up to confirm.

The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Althera or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
