Because we don’t bill insurance companies or health plans, we can keep the costs of membership affordable.
We offer a simple monthly membership plan for individuals, couples and families based on age. A discounted rate is also available for annual memberships. All membership plans require a one-time registration fee of $99/per household however this fee is waived if you pay annually.
If you would like to bill your insurance company for a visit, we are happy to provide a super bill which you can submit for reimbursement.
